Who owns AirClaim?
AirClaim's own site names no owner, and the clearest ownership signal is a 2021 press report that it listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange's AeRO market, not re-confirmed for 2026.
Its terms name the operating company as Air Claim SA, and a Romanian registry extract at risco.ro records that name as registered on 6 September 2023, converting the earlier Air Claim SRL into a joint-stock company. Its own about us page states "Founded in 2017" and names no current leadership. A 2021 article on Economica.net reports the listing under the ticker CLAIM, describes its shareholders only as investment funds, other listed issuers and capital-market investors with no percentages given, and names Mihail Coteș as chief executive; neither the listing nor the leadership was found confirmed for 2026.
