Hi — I'm Richard Jasinski, and this is the site I wish I'd had when I started planning trips properly. I built Uncompromised Travel because I was tired of piecing everything together myself — a forum thread here, a brochure there, a dozen tabs open, never quite sure what to trust. I wanted one honest place that just told me the truth, so I started building it. The whole point is to help you plan with confidence, and feel like you've got a friend in your corner while you do it.

What I'm trying to do

Honesty over polish. Real prices, plain answers, and a straight "honestly, don't bother" when that's the truth — never a write-up that somehow always concludes the hotel was wonderful. If somewhere isn't right for you, I'd rather say so and point you to something better. That's the whole idea.
