MYFLYRIGHT Review 2026: Fees, Court Costs, Trustpilot and a Record Score of 67

By Richard J. · written from ValenciaRecord score 67/100Verified 26 September 2026

MYFLYRIGHT scores 67 out of 100 as a claim company record, the highest of the ten: the Hamburg firm takes 25% of an award plus 19% VAT, 29.75% in all, and its own two published figures put a court claim as high as 41.65%, but its terms put debt collection costs on itself if a claim fails, and it names no owner. This record covers the company behind the claim: who runs it, what it takes from an award at each stage, what its terms say if a claim fails, its reviews and the gaps. Our EU261 trust index and fees comparison linked below rank the claim companies side by side; this page records one of them in full.

How MYFLYRIGHT scores: 67 out of 100

MYFLYRIGHT scores 67 out of 100, the highest of the ten claim companies on this rubric: full marks for reviews, a lower settled fee than most rivals, and terms that put debt collection costs on itself if a claim fails, held back by a court fee that reaches 41.65% once its two published figures are compared, and by naming no owner or payout deadline. MYFLYRIGHT is not on the four-way comparison or the fees page. Our trust index of 24 September assessed it but did not rank it, below the pass mark of 60 with 47 points in its evidence base, because its Trustpilot page refused our reader three times and its success rate was read without a stated basis. Both gaps have since closed: the listing opened at 4.5 from 4,747 and the home page ties the rate to court cases, so the same rubric now gives 67, which would rank MYFLYRIGHT first of ten. The index is being updated to match.

How the score works (100 points). Fee, settled claim 15: the all-in share of a EUR 600 award, VAT included, when the airline pays without court (20% or less scores 15, falling 3 points for each further 5 percentage points, 0 above 40%) · Fee, court claim 15: the all-in share once any legal surcharge is added (25% or less 15, down to 3 at 50%, 0 above 50% or unpublished) · Success rate as published 15: a number, what it measures, and an average time to payout · Passenger protection in the terms 25: nothing to pay if the claim fails, court costs included; what you owe if you withdraw or the airline pays you directly; a payout deadline in days; payout method and charges; dated or versioned terms · Ownership and transparency 15: legal entity and country, owner or group, registration number · Independent reputation 15: Trustpilot rating and review count on the read date. This is the rubric our EU261 claim company trust index published on 24 September 2026, applied unchanged, so a record and the index give the same number on the same evidence. Scores are ours; the inputs are linked. For claim companies, fixed before any was re-read: a fee quoted as a range is scored at the top of the range, the home country's VAT is added where a fee is quoted without it, and products other than the standard no win, no fee service, such as instant payouts, are reported but not scored.

MYFLYRIGHT publishes a percentage fee with two worked examples, a legal services register number and terms that put debt collection costs on itself if a claim fails. Who owns MYFLYRIGHT?

MYFLYRIGHT GmbH is a Hamburg company, and its own pages name no owner or shareholder, only its three managing directors.

Its imprint names Djavad Ali, Igor Maas and Andreas Bodden as managing directors, and registers the company in the Rechtsdienstleistungsregister under number 3712E/01/0645, supervised by the Amtsgericht Hamburg, and separately as a debt collection agency under section 10(1) no. 1 of the German Legal Services Act. It states no founding date. MYFLYRIGHT GmbH was named as a party, with Corendon Airlines, in a Court of Justice of the European Union ruling of 30 October 2025, case C-558/24, on air passenger compensation rights.

How much does MYFLYRIGHT charge?

MYFLYRIGHT charges 25% of the award plus 19% VAT on the commission, 29.75% in all, and its two published court fee figures reach as much as 41.65% once external lawyers are needed. Worked from its cost and fees page and home page on 26 September 2026.

AwardFee, settled (29.75%)Fee, in court (41.65%)

EUR 600EUR 178.50, you keep EUR 421.50EUR 249.90, you keep EUR 350.10

Every figure includes 19% VAT. The home page states a 10% plus VAT surcharge for external lawyers, 41.65% in all; the cost page's own worked example instead adds a flat EUR 60 with no VAT, 39.75%, EUR 238.50 of a EUR 600 award; this record scores the higher of the two, as for a range. MYFLYRIGHT also sells a "direct acquisition" product, buying the claim outright and paying within 24 hours for 35% plus VAT, 41.65%, not scored on this rubric. Neither page carries a date for the fee itself, though the cost page states it was updated on 20 September 2026. How other claim companies' fees compare on the same EUR 600 award is in the claim company fees comparison; what a claim is worth before any fee is set out in the EU261 compensation calculator.

What MYFLYRIGHT's terms say if a claim fails, you withdraw or the airline pays you

MYFLYRIGHT's terms leave a passenger nothing to pay if a claim fails, cover a payment wrongly sent to the passenger and set a 14 day withdrawal right, but give no deadline in days for its own payout.

SituationWhat the terms sayClause
The claim failsNo costs to you; MYFLYRIGHT "bears all Debt Collection costs, regardless of whether the enforcement of your claims was successful or not"IV.2
You gave wrong informationMYFLYRIGHT may invoice you for costs incurred if the airline rejects the claim because you gave incorrect information or failed to update itVIII.8
You change your mindWithdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason; the right lapses once you have consented to the service startingXVII
The airline pays you directlyYou hold the payment in trust for MYFLYRIGHT and must forward it without delayVIII.7
MYFLYRIGHT is paidPaid by SEPA bank transfer or PayPal; a non-SEPA account bears its own transfer fees; no deadline in daysVI.3
How you signYou assign the claim, and any fellow travellers' claims, to MYFLYRIGHTIII

The terms are dated 20 June 2025 and governed by German law, with Hamburg as the place of jurisdiction (XVI.2, XVI.4); MYFLYRIGHT does not take part in VSBG consumer arbitration (XV). Why a claim company's promise on a failed case matters more than its headline fee is explained in no win, no fee flight compensation, explained.

How a MYFLYRIGHT claim runs, and how long it takes

MYFLYRIGHT takes a claim by full assignment, pursues the airline directly and, if needed, hands it to external lawyers, and its cost page states a processing time of four to ten weeks on average.

That four to ten week figure describes case handling, not a deadline for paying out once compensation is received; MYFLYRIGHT's terms say only that it forwards money "without delay". It publishes no court rulings page of its own. How long claims take across the market, and why court cases take longest, is in how long a flight compensation claim takes.

What MYFLYRIGHT's success rate measures

MYFLYRIGHT states it wins more than 99% of cases that reach court, and separately shows a 98% figure on the same cost page with no stated basis.

The 99% figure appears on its home page as "we are able to successfully execute customer claims in more than 99% of cases at court"; its cost page separately states a "98% success rate" without saying what it measures. Neither page gives an average time to payout. Among the ten claim companies scored on this rubric, RefundMore, Fairplane and Flightright also tie a rate to court cases; AirAdvisor gives 98% with no basis; Compensair, Flight-Delayed.com, AirClaim, Skycop and EUclaim publish none.

What MYFLYRIGHT reviews say

MYFLYRIGHT holds 4.5 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 4,747 reviews on the www.myflyright.com listing, a page our reader could not open when the trust index was compiled on 24 September.

A near identical listing under the bare myflyright.com domain showed 4.4 from 4,745 reviews on one read the same day; the majority of reads, and the read used for this record, give 4.5 from 4,747 on the www.myflyright.com listing. No second review platform with a rating was found. What review platforms can and cannot tell a buyer is set out in who reviews the reviewers.

Who MYFLYRIGHT suits, and who it does not

MYFLYRIGHT suits a passenger who wants the lowest published settled fee among the ten companies on this rubric and is comfortable with a full assignment of the claim.

At EUR 178.50 of a EUR 600 award, MYFLYRIGHT keeps less than RefundMore or AirAdvisor, EUR 180 each, Fairplane, up to EUR 210, or Flightright, up to EUR 214.20. In court, at the higher of its two published figures, it keeps EUR 249.90, more than Fairplane's capped EUR 210 but less than RefundMore, AirAdvisor or Flightright. It suits less well a passenger who wants to authorise a claim rather than assign it, which MYFLYRIGHT does not offer, or who wants a founding date or an owner named, neither of which its pages give. Whether to use a claim company at all, or claim directly, is weighed in claims companies against claiming yourself.

MYFLYRIGHT: the decisions that come next
