12 of the claims companies in the Uncompromised Travel table name a case where you can still owe them money, though no compensation was won through them. The most common is the airline paying you directly: most of the 12 say their fee is then still due.
When does a no win, no fee flight claim company still charge you?
No win, no fee usually means no fee if the claim fails, but the terms of these 12 companies add cases where you can still pay: the airline paying you directly, cancelling after work has started, wrong information or not cooperating. Read the terms before you sign.

When no win, no fee still costs: the questions people ask
What if the airline pays me directly after I signed?
Tell the claims company. Flightright invoices its commission plus VAT and AirCashBack raises its fee if you do not pay within 28 working days, by their own terms.
Can I cancel without paying?
Within the 14-day cooling-off period most say yes; after work has started, AviFly can claim 15% plus VAT of the amount claimed.
Which of these companies have reviews on Trustpilot?
10 of the 12: AirCashBack, AirClaim, AviFly, Bott and Co, ClaimFlights, FairPlane, Flightright, MYFLYRIGHT, RefundMore and Skycop. Each card shows the rating, the number of reviews and the newest review date, read on the day shown.
Do these companies charge a fee if they win?
AirCashBack, AirClaim, AviFly, ClaimFlights, FairPlane, Flight-Delayed, FlightCompensations, Flightright, MYFLYRIGHT, RefundMore and Skycop publish a fee figure on their own websites. Each card gives the fee as the company states it, with its conditions, such as VAT or a separate court fee. For Bott and Co, no fee figure was found on its website or its fee page would not open; ask before you sign.
Can I claim without a claims company?
Yes. You can claim from the airline directly and for free; in the UK or EU you can go on to the national enforcement body or an approved dispute scheme if the airline refuses. A claims company takes a share of the compensation for doing that work for you.
Where can I check these facts myself?
Each card links the pages of the company's own website its lines were read from, under Sources, with the date they were read.
How were these companies chosen?
Each one is a claims company in the Uncompromised Travel flight compensation table and its own website names a case, in its terms or pages, where you can still owe it money though no compensation was won through it. A company is on the page because its published facts fit the question, never because it paid.
Is any company on this page paying to be here?
No. No company on this page is a partner of Uncompromised Travel; none paid to be listed.
Built to answer the question in the main heading. What is shown: what each claims company published on its own website, read on 20 October 2026, with its Trustpilot rating where the profile carries the company's own name, from the Uncompromised Travel flight compensation table. Left out: companies whose websites would not open, a company whose activities were taken over by another, a company whose address opens another company's site and services that pass the claim to other companies.
