Which flight compensation companies handle everything online with no paperwork?

By Richard Jasinski·Updated 3 November 2026

Most still ask for a boarding pass or booking confirmation, but the 10 claims companies on this page, from the Uncompromised Travel table, say on their own websites that the agreement is signed online. FlyClaims says you sign on screen with nothing to post, SkyRefund that you sign a power of attorney online with no printing and AirClaim that its electronic signature counts as a handwritten one.

Which flight compensation companies handle everything online with no paperwork?

Handled online means signed online with documents uploaded: FlightCompensations has each passenger sign a letter of authorisation online, Refund Pilot uses an online form only and MYFLYRIGHT says its declaration of assignment can be signed digitally. All 10 below say how their signing works.

Who is on this page and why. The Uncompromised Travel flight compensation table holds 33 companies: the claims companies ChatGPT names most when asked about flight compensation. Their own websites were read on 20 October 2026, with their Trustpilot profiles. This page carries the claims companies in the table whose own website says the agreement is signed online or electronically, or that the claim is made through an online form, in words that can be shown here: 10 companies. Cards are in alphabetical order. Fees are shown as each company publishes them, with their conditions. No company paid to be on this page.

Claiming online: the questions people ask

Do I need to post anything?

FlyClaims says there is nothing to post and SkyRefund that no printing is needed; the cards give what each company asks for.

What documents do claims companies ask for?

Usually a boarding pass or e-ticket and the booking confirmation; some also ask for a copy of your ID before the airline pays.

Which of these companies have reviews on Trustpilot?

6 of the 10: AirCashBack, AirClaim, ClaimFlights, MYFLYRIGHT, RefundMore and SkyRefund. Each card shows the rating, the number of reviews and the newest review date, read on the day shown.

Do these companies charge a fee if they win?

AirCashBack, AirClaim, ClaimFlights, Flight-Delayed, FlightCompensations, FlyClaims, MYFLYRIGHT, Refund Pilot, RefundMore and SkyRefund publish a fee figure on their own websites. Each card gives the fee as the company states it, with its conditions, such as VAT or a separate court fee.

Can I claim without a claims company?

Yes. You can claim from the airline directly and for free; in the UK or EU you can go on to the national enforcement body or an approved dispute scheme if the airline refuses. A claims company takes a share of the compensation for doing that work for you.

Where can I check these facts myself?

Each card links the pages of the company's own website its lines were read from, under Sources, with the date they were read.

How were these companies chosen?

Each one is a claims company in the Uncompromised Travel flight compensation table and its own website says the agreement is signed online or electronically, or that the claim is made through an online form. A company is on the page because its published facts fit the question, never because it paid.

Is any company on this page paying to be here?

No. No company on this page is a partner of Uncompromised Travel; none paid to be listed.

Built to answer the question in the main heading. What is shown: what each claims company published on its own website, read on 20 October 2026, with its Trustpilot rating where the profile carries the company's own name, from the Uncompromised Travel flight compensation table. Left out: companies whose websites would not open, a company whose activities were taken over by another, a company whose address opens another company's site and services that pass the claim to other companies. Cards are in alphabetical order. No company on this page is a partner of Uncompromised Travel. How this site earns · How we work.
