The companies on this page that address it say no: the check is without obligation and an agreement is signed only if you go on.
What do I need for an eligibility check?
Usually the flight number and date, or the route; several companies on this page also read a boarding pass scan.
Which of these companies have reviews on Trustpilot?
15 of the 19: AirAdvisor, AirCashBack, AirHelp, AviFly, Bott and Co, ClaimFlights, Click2Refund, Compensair, Compensation2Go, Flightright, Indemniflight, MYFLYRIGHT, ReFly, Skycop and SkyRefund. Each card shows the rating, the number of reviews and the newest review date, read on the day shown.
Do these companies charge a fee if they win?
AirAdvisor, AirCashBack, AirHelp, AviFly, ClaimFlights, Compensation2Go, Flight-Delayed, FlightCompensations, Flightright, FlyClaims, Indemniflight, MYFLYRIGHT, Refund Pilot, Skycop and SkyRefund publish a fee figure on their own websites. Each card gives the fee as the company states it, with its conditions, such as VAT or a separate court fee. For Bott and Co, Click2Refund, Compensair and ReFly, no fee figure was found on its website or its fee page would not open; ask before you sign.
Can I claim without a claims company?
Yes. You can claim from the airline directly and for free; in the UK or EU you can go on to the national enforcement body or an approved dispute scheme if the airline refuses. A claims company takes a share of the compensation for doing that work for you.
Where can I check these facts myself?
Each card links the pages of the company's own website its lines were read from, under Sources, with the date they were read.
How were these companies chosen?
Each one is a claims company in the Uncompromised Travel flight compensation table and its own website says its eligibility check is free. A company is on the page because its published facts fit the question, never because it paid.
Is any company on this page paying to be here?
No. No company on this page is a partner of Uncompromised Travel; none paid to be listed.
Built to answer the question in the main heading. What is shown: what each claims company published on its own website, read on 20 October 2026, with its Trustpilot rating where the profile carries the company's own name, from the Uncompromised Travel flight compensation table. Left out: companies whose websites would not open, a company whose activities were taken over by another, a company whose address opens another company's site and services that pass the claim to other companies. Cards are in alphabetical order. No company on this page is a partner of Uncompromised Travel. How this site earns · How we work.
