Which flight compensation companies have the highest success rate?

By Richard Jasinski·Updated 3 November 2026

The 16 claims companies on this page, from the Uncompromised Travel table, publish a success rate, from 9 out of 10 court cases at Skycop and 92% on eligible claims at Indemniflight to 99.7% at AirHelp; ClaimFlights says nearly 100% for the court cases it litigates. They count different things and none gives the period it covers.

Which flight compensation companies have the highest success rate?

Published success rates are not comparable from one company to the next: some count court cases only, some eligible claims only. Read each card for what the figure covers, then compare the fee and the court terms, which are stated the same way.

Who is on this page and why. The Uncompromised Travel flight compensation table holds 33 companies: the claims companies ChatGPT names most when asked about flight compensation. Their own websites were read on 20 October 2026, with their Trustpilot profiles. This page carries the claims companies in the table whose own website publishes a success rate, in words that can be shown here: 16 companies. Cards are in alphabetical order. Fees are shown as each company publishes them, with their conditions. No company paid to be on this page.

Published success rates: the questions people ask

Can I trust a published success rate?

Treat it as the company's own figure: none of the companies on this page says how it is counted or over which period and several count only court cases or eligible claims.

Which success rate counts all claims?

None of the companies on this page says its figure covers every claim it takes on; the cards say what each one does cover.

Which of these companies have reviews on Trustpilot?

15 of the 16: Air Indemnité, AirAdvisor, AirHelp, AviFly, ClaimFlights, Click2Refund, FairPlane, Flightright, Indemniflight, MYFLYRIGHT, Reclamador, ReFly, RefundMore, Skycop and SkyRefund. Each card shows the rating, the number of reviews and the newest review date, read on the day shown.

Do these companies charge a fee if they win?

Air Indemnité, AirAdvisor, AirHelp, AviFly, ClaimFlights, FairPlane, Flight-Delayed, Flightright, Indemniflight, MYFLYRIGHT, Reclamador, RefundMore, Skycop and SkyRefund publish a fee figure on their own websites. Each card gives the fee as the company states it, with its conditions, such as VAT or a separate court fee. For Click2Refund and ReFly, no fee figure was found on its website or its fee page would not open; ask before you sign.

Can I claim without a claims company?

Yes. You can claim from the airline directly and for free; in the UK or EU you can go on to the national enforcement body or an approved dispute scheme if the airline refuses. A claims company takes a share of the compensation for doing that work for you.

Where can I check these facts myself?

Each card links the pages of the company's own website its lines were read from, under Sources, with the date they were read.

How were these companies chosen?

Each one is a claims company in the Uncompromised Travel flight compensation table and its own website publishes a success rate. A company is on the page because its published facts fit the question, never because it paid.

Is any company on this page paying to be here?

No. No company on this page is a partner of Uncompromised Travel; none paid to be listed.

Built to answer the question in the main heading. What is shown: what each claims company published on its own website, read on 20 October 2026, with its Trustpilot rating where the profile carries the company's own name, from the Uncompromised Travel flight compensation table. Left out: companies whose websites would not open, a company whose activities were taken over by another, a company whose address opens another company's site and services that pass the claim to other companies. Cards are in alphabetical order. No company on this page is a partner of Uncompromised Travel. How this site earns · How we work.
