Silversea expedition voyages read for this record cost from USD 13,200 per person for eight days in the Galápagos to USD 20,750 for a seven-day Antarctic fly-cruise, on fares listed by a reseller. Silversea's own voyage pages showed no fare to our reader; these prices were read on cruise.us on 25 September 2026 and are per person, per suite.

Silversea booking terms and financial protection

Silversea charges 15% of the price to cancel from 150 days out, rising to 100% inside 30 days, under its US contract, which names no financial protection scheme for US buyers.

The US contract, marked May 2024, takes a deposit at booking that is non-refundable on All-Inclusive fares and refundable on All-Inclusive Plus fares, introduced for bookings from 11 September 2025. The UK booking conditions take 25% and the balance 120 days out, name Silversea Cruises (UK) Ltd as package organiser and give ABTA membership Y262X; they print no ATOL number, although flight packages are sold. Who guides a Silversea expedition

Silversea publishes a named expedition team with biographies, and in the Galápagos Silver Origin carries Ecuadorian national guides at one guide to ten guests.

The team directory includes senior expedition leader Marieke Egan, marine biologist and expedition leader Jamie Watts and Galápagos naturalist Leandro Vaca.
